I think that I am a capitalist when it comes to government, and taxation and regulations, and how the government governs citizens and all that, but a socialist when it comes to how corporations should be run and how corporations should govern its employees. It's hard to run away from the government, federal or otherwise. When I relocated from California to Nevada, the California DMV sent be a bill for something I had already taken care of about 10 month before. I think a corporation should be created that is entirely employee owned, where every employee gets paid the same amount of money regardless of merit, seniority, experience, education, or performance, every employee has the same privileges and amenities as any other employee, and employees are free to leave if they want. I wrote about this idea in my statement of intent for my MBA application to UNLV. I really want to do this at some point, but I'm not sure if I will ever get to it.
