This weekend really vanished, and I doubt that this coming week will have any more staying power than this last week, the previous week, this weekend, or the previous week had. I need to think about what I need to get done. I don't have anything due, but I have a project for ACC 725 that I can get done.
Certain things aren't apparent the first time I do them, like, it seems I have to move forward with some of the course material, even if I don't totally understand it the first time, and then come back around to what I didn't understand.
I normally don't do a lot of writing if things are going well, or if I'm really busy. If things are going well, I have better things to do than write, and if I'm really busy, I just don't have the time to write, but I'm not sure I really have the time to be writing right now either, even though I don't think am all that busy. I am busy, and I am doing a bunch of stuff.
The other day while I was organizing my strategic pants reserve I came across a pair of spruce colored jeans that I hadn't seen in a while. I wasn't looking for it, and I wasn't aware that it was missing, I just didn't even really think about it for a while. I found it, and put it with my other jeans that aren't being held in reserve. I remember trying to buy these at some point during the fall at a JCPenney location in the South-West corner of Clark County. Looking at a map: it's the Spring Valley location. When I tried to buy them there was a pricing display that said they were 25% off, but when I got to the counter to buy them, the clerk wouldn't honor the price, saying that it was a doorbuster, early morning sale. So, I left empty-handed on that trip. I ended up buying them from JCPenney online for even less several months later.
There was kind of a weird situation that I was thinking about earlier, and it happens from time to time: I was looking up Kroger, but in Nevada, the place is actually called Smith's. There was another thing that I was thinking about, I was thinking that Clark County is named after Lewis and Clark, but it isn't. So the guy from the Lewis and Clark Expedition was a man named William Clark, but Clark County, Nevada is named after William A. Clark, a railroad tycoon.
