My head is kind of half-shaved. I was shaving the other night, and while tapping the razor against the wall to release the hair from between the blades, the part of the handle that keeps the razor attached to the handle broke, and so my head was half-shaved, and I basically just left it that way. My head is in fact still only half shaved.
