and egg noodles with the spicy red soup.
I add Sriracha and red chilies in
the soup so that I breathe hard as I stoop
over the bowl of beefy noodle bliss.
The tendon is soft and melts in my mouth
with the texture of an open mouth kiss
I move the meat around my mouth with couth
and care so as not to make a huge mess
of my meal. This has to be my favorite
noodle house because this stew is the best
tasting, and they know how to make it right.
I prefer here to other pho houses,
it’s a great place to ruin your blouses.
