I just don't understand why
People try to communicate
In a way that isn't explicit.
If you have something to say.
Fucking say it. She deleted me.
But communicating with someone
Who communicates in a way that
Is unfamiliar is somewhat more
Taxing than it needs to be. So
Why bother? I would say. It is
Important to learn how to
Communicate in that way.
Using GIFs like she did. But I
Don't have the chance to do that
Because she deleted me.
So. In terms of non verbal
Communication. I think I have some
Aptitude with vocal intonation and
Inflection. As well as facial
Expressions. And communicating
Through choices in clothing.
Color choices and all that. And
Handwriting styles too, but not
Much. Basically. You are normal
If you write in a normal way.
I don't think that it is possible to
Develop complex ideas. Or to
Communicate something intricate
Using non verbal communication.
I think non verbal communication
Is limited to isolating how a specific
Person either feels. Or how a
Specific person truly thinks at a
Particular point in time.
And. There are people who want to
Uncover meaning in non verbal
Communication. But then there are
People who either want to mask
What would otherwise be
Communicated non verbally. And
There are those who want to be
More explicit when they
Communicate non verbally.
I remember my boss at one of the
Banks I worked with made a
Comment on the color of my tie.
And her interpretation suggested
That she read the same tie
Symbolism article that I did. And
I guess that's fine. But I was
Concerned that she was reading
My tie. I changed the subject.
Tie colors I like are yellow. Red. And blue. But I've cut down to only blue.
I think yellow means optimism. Red
Means passion. Blue means
Perception. There is nothing wrong
With passion and optimism. But
I don't think passion and otimism are Really mutable characteristics.
And there are times when toning
Down the level of optimism and
Passion is appropriate.
